In Safari, a menu or a date picker that opened above its trigger now stays there while it closes, instead of blinking below it.

## Fixes

- **In Safari, a menu or a date picker that had opened above its trigger blinked below it as it closed.** Safari drops the flip the moment the panel is hidden, and the exit moved the panel to the unflipped side on its first frame. The panel now stays where it opened until it has faded out (bug #301).
